Both of these pastries start with the same laminated dough, built through layers of butter and careful folding. But where a pain au chocolat reaches for classic chocolate batons, our pain suisse is filled with a nut-free frangipane and chopped up dark chocolate chunks, and finished with a caramelized exterior that adds a delicate crunch to every bite.

Same foundation, completely different experience.
