Today’s Special: Khao Cook Kapi (ข้าวคลุกกะปิ) 🌟
Inspired by a special request from one of our Thai regulars, our kitchen has whipped up a limited batch of Khao Cook Kapi today!
What is Khao Cook Kapi?
It is one of Thailand’s most beloved traditional comfort dishes—fragrant jasmine rice wok-tossed in rich, aromatic fermented shrimp paste (kapi). Every bite delivers a deep, savory punch that is perfectly balanced by a vibrant spread of classic accompaniments:
Mu Waan: Tender, caramelized sweet pork
Fresh & Crisp: Tangy green mango, crisp cucumbers, fresh shallots, and bird's eye chilies
Texture & Garnishes: Savory dried shrimp, finely sliced long beans, and delicate ribbons of fried egg
