Bay State Cohousing We're a multi-generational cohousing community with 30 households outside Malden Square. Bay State Cohousing is a cooperative community.

We share a 30-condominium building outside Malden Square, just three blocks from the Orange Line. We are individuals, couples, and families who share values like mutual respect, clear communication, cooperation, and environmental responsibility. Our community and our building are designed to encourage social interaction. Private space in individual units combines with common facilities, such as a

dining area for weekly community meals, children's play room, laundry, music room, and crafts room. We are fully occupied; however, we're still building a community of people interested in cohousing and in potentially purchasing a unit whenever one becomes available.
