Having vacated Texico, I hadn’t cooked Tex-mex in months. Yesterday I had the chance to cater the Malden High Chorus. All 45 members were so enthusiastic and gleeful as they were on their 3 school concert performance “tour”. I debuted a street corn burrito for the one vegetarian in the choir (roasted corn, cotija and jack cheese, mayo, cream, lemon, zest, roasted garlic, and minced serranos) it was DELICIOUS. So for anyone at BPS ( Caitlin this means you 😉 ) remember I STILL CATER EVERYTHING. Picutred below 10” burrito, individually, packed and portioned, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo, Then bagged and sealed. with utensils, chips and salsa $13.50, thats cheaper than chipotle and your not supporting big Corporate, so CALL ME.
