Friday! We made it through the week! We are serving up a delectable sea bass entree and a savory pork belly appetizer this weekend. Indulge with one of these tasty specials while you enjoy Alyssa Campbell on the patio tonight and Eve’s Road tomorrow night. We’ll see you at The Dock!

Thank you Opal & Viv's for allowing us to be your home town comfort stop! We are so grateful for our community and the small businesses that support us here at The Dock and at Zen Fin Landing. Everything is better when we can work (and play) together!

After a full day at market in Dallas, my feet were tired, my brain was full, and I was absolutely starving! 😵‍💫

I could have grabbed dinner in Dallas, but sometimes home wins. ❤️

So I pointed the car toward Malakoff and ended the day at The Dock with one of my favorites. Good food, a cold drink, and a quiet minute to sit and think about all the things coming to Opal & Viv’s. 🫶🏻

Market days are exciting because I’m not just shopping, I’m hunting for the pieces that will eventually find their way into your closets, your vacations, your family photos, and your everyday lives! 💗🥹💗

Four years ago, I never could have imagined I’d be spending my days buying for women who trust me with their closets and their confidence. Some days are hard, some days are exhausting, but days like today remind me how grateful I am for all of it.

Tonight, though, I’m just a tired boutique owner enjoying dinner and being thankful for a little hometown comfort. 🍾

Tomorrow, we do it all again! ✨

Friday is here and we are ready for the weekend! Join us tonight to hear singer/songwriter Alyssa Campbell and tomorrow for local favorite Zac Groom. We are excited to have both of these great artists on our air-conditioned patio, starting at 6pm.

We are serving up some weekend specials, too!

Brown Sugar Salmon - salmon kissed with caramelized brown sugar, served with fluffy rice pilaf, balsamic Brussel sprouts and charred lemon.

Pork Belly Three Ways - slow-roasted pork belly with jasmine rice, fresh papaya salad, watermelon-cucumber relish, and sesame glaze.

Surf & Turf - center-cut filet, garlic-butter shrimp, lobster mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus.

Our third anniversary celebration continues this weekend! Come see us tonight and enjoy the hippest harpist Charla Murray and Eve’s Road and come back again tomorrow for the award-winning Tommi Jo!

We have oysters! Get them on the half shell, Rockefeller or roasted with our house-made cowboy butter - while they last.

We have scallops! Prosciutto-wrapped and served over creamy gouda grits, with sautéed spinach and blistered tomatoes.

We have surf and turf - for an appetizer! Grilled picanha, jumbo shrimp, and scallops skewered with pineapple, peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes.

We have dessert! A special key lime tart with the perfect combination of sweet and zest.

And don’t forget to try an anniversary Aperol Spritz for just $10 this weekend only.

CHEERS TO THREE YEARS! 🥳 As we celebrate our third anniversary, we want to express our immense gratitude to our loyal guests, our supportive community and our hard-working staff. From birthdays to baby showers, weddings to anniversaries, and holidays to lazy days, thank you for spending your special moments with us.

Then slide into Saturday with happy hour starting at 3pm and Jason Herrin taking the stage at 6pm. And on this Memorial Day, please be sure to say a prayer and raise a glass for all of the service men and women who gave their lives for our freedom to gather together and enjoy delicious food and toe-tapping music.
