The evening begins with a fresh Tuna Stack layered with ahi tuna, mango, avocado, and sushi rice, followed by a bright Watercress & Mandarin Orange Salad. Enjoy Striped Bass finished with yuzu compound butter and heirloom tomato couscous before savoring a tender Spinalis Steak with ginger parsnip purée and toasted sesame steak sauce. We'll finish on a sweet note with our Summer Silk Cheesecake featuring lemongrass, coconut, and candied ginger. 🌿🍋

Each course has been thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines selected to complement the flavors of the season.

Our June Afternoon Tea menu has been thoughtfully curated to celebrate the flavors of the season. Guests will begin with a fresh fruit scone served with lemon curd and jam, followed by a comforting cup of chicken tortilla soup and a refreshing watermelon balsamic salad with candied pecans.
