🥵 We are still in a hot weather season so we are keeping it cool this week! We are only offering 2 lunch choices and these are pre-order! Lunches will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday! These can be picked up at Infinity Fitness Center at the counter! All lunches are $14.00.

1. Chef salad… comes with green lettuces, topped with turkey, ham, bacon bits, tomatoes, egg and cheeses! Choice of ranch or poppy seed balsamic vinaigrette dressing and a sweet treat! 🥗

2. Turkey sandwich on cheddar jalapeno bread.. topped with lettuce, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, tomato, red onion and jalapeño dressing. Sided with kettle chips and a sweet treat. 🥪

Tonight (Thursday) is the last night to order for tomorrow, Friday! Lunches are preorder and pick-up only so let me know if you need some chicken salad or a pinwheel lunchbox!

We’ve decided to keep this week’s menu the same, as this is a new adventure for us! As stated before, we will be broadening the menu just not this week.

For Wednesday and Friday, the offered menu will be chicken salad on a jumbo croissant or turkey or ham pinwheels. Both are served with kettle chips, pickle spear and a sweet treat! Please remember these are pre-order and pick-up only at Beyond Fit Deli , which is in Infinity Fitness Center!

Let me know soon if you would like a lunch for Wednesday or Friday! Also, don’t forget the grab-n-go boxes are available in the cooler!

Okay folks! Today is the last day to get preorders in! This is a new venture so we are still working out some of the little things. This is PICK-UP only at the Infinity Fitness Center deli counter.

We are SO excited to inform you that Amy Bocan Curtis will be bringing Amy’s Kitchen to Infinity Fitness!🥳💚

Amy has a long history of culinary experience and has a lot to offer our customers! Amy will be opening her deli part-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for delicious lunches! 🥪😋

⏰ Deli Hours: 10 AM–2 PM

We will be offering primarily a pre-order menu, but we may have extras available to accommodate our non-preorder customers!

We will have a limited menu to start, and if there are enough requests, we will be willing to broaden our menu. 👀

🥖 On-site Grazing Tables for your special events and gatherings

PLUS ➡️ We will be adding grab-n-go snack packs in the cooler! 🤩

I will have FOUR of these brownie boxes available on Wednesday, August 19th. This is a 5.5” x 5” box filled with a brownie “sheet” and topped with buttercream! Super sweet for that sweet tooth! This is a big enough treat for two people! It can be finished off with a sprinkle of freeze dried strawberries (store bought), chocolate or sprinkles!

Each box is $6 and I can deliver if 2 or more are bought. Otherwise, it’s pick up. Let me know if you want one! Again, only four are available!

I’ve been working on the missionary cook trailer for some days now and this is literally all the pictures I took. We’ve had some wonderful cooks and food. I’m so blessed to be working along side each of them! The work continues tomorrow!

Tell me you make chicken salad without telling me!! 🐓🥬 Always fresh ingredients, never canned and white meat only! Letting the flavors blend and will add the apples later! 🍎
