Today marks one year since we lost Robert—our founder, a loving husband, father and grandfather, and the heart behind so much of what we do.

It’s hard to believe a full year has passed. We have missed his presence, his wisdom, his stories, and the way he could make everyone feel like family.

Robert built more than restaurants. He built a legacy rooted in hard work, family, friendship, and serving others. The values he lived by continue to guide us every day, and we are proud to carry on what he started.
