Cookie butter > pumpkin spice

This might be a bit controversial but I’ve never been much of a pumpkin spice girly.

These cookie butter cinnamon rolls definitely feel and taste like fall though.

I’ll be baking these daily so come grab one or two and tell me your thoughts on whether cookie butter or pumpkin spice will remain superior.

For the past few days I’ve been up to my eyeballs making cinnamon rolls so we could have plenty to give away for FREE and yesterday I also dealt with some of the meanest people I’ve ever had to deal with.

One lady came in and told me our baked goods looked horrible not to mention the way she shoved her money in my face when paying for a cinnamon roll.

Shortly after I received a one star review from someone who came in to ask me if I could make her cake less than a week out when I explained our two week lead time and let her know I could still accommodate but would have to finalize details by end of the day she left and left a one star review saying she’d never come back. I have the camera footage of both of these interactions.

It’s hard to continue to do what you love when one mistake and you’re being told that they’re going to heb and never coming back to you. How many times has Starbucks messed up your order and how many times do you continue to go back?

Yall I do everything myself for my small business. From email to baking it’s all me. All I’m asking for is a little bit of grace. This business is a manifestation of my whole heart and soul.

To everyone who continues to support I truly truly appreciate you from the bottom of my heart.

Sorry for the jumpscare if you live in the Tomball magnolia area and receive the community impact 😭

But look at me on the cover!

Running a small business is never easy but especially not in this current economic climate.

If you’d like to read here is the electronic copy https://communityimpact.com/tomball-magnolia/government/tomball-and-magnolia-businesses-work-against-rising-costs/

Also we took so many pics why did they choose this one 😭

Thanks Kat for the pic of the real life copy bc I didn’t even get one lol
