Howdy! If you feel like the overall value you get from a food truck is just too expensive, you're NOT ALONE. With that, I have learned first hand that IT IS NOT CHEAP to operate a food truck day to day! BUT, we do things a little different (keep reading) and every day we have been open, WE HAVE NOT had a disappointment day, not once! Come check us out at Bone Yard BBQ. We operate on a donation basis as a ministry fundraiser for Battle Cry Ministries. For real, we're not kidding! You order, you eat, you donate what you think it's worth and not a penny more. It was a blessing to be able to cook the breakfast tacos for MAN breakfast Collective Church this past Saturday! We'll be back at our BBQ next Wednesday & Thursday, October 7th & 8th. Make plans to come see us and put a smile on your belly 🤗

This is one reason you don't see brisket as a key staple on our menu. Instead, we utilize brisket in smaller amounts on our Whole Farm Plate and on a couple of our signature dishes. It's crazy that this is even a reality. Who knew that brisket pound for pound should be priced like a Filet steak⁉️

Rising beef costs and a 75-year-low U.S. cattle herd are forcing small BBQ operators to make impossible choices. One Texas Monthly Top 50 spot just pulled brisket from its daily menu — and the economics behind the decision are a warning sign for independent restaurants everywhere.

Been working on our cookie recipe & we're super happy with where we've landed (these are scratch made unlike our test batch of Pillsbury)😜 We won't have any of our desserts on the menu, but we will rotate them in to offer to the first 5 customers each day we are open‼️

We weren't happy with the end result of The Wonder Dog, SO we fixed what we weren't happy about!! We went BIGGER on the dog. 1/4 pound on a fresh bun LOADED down with whatever you want on it 🤪
