This is a fantastic article about how much restaurant owners really do care about each guests experience. Please be kind and understanding toward your food service workers. If you have a complaint, bring your concerns to the owners attention privately before going to social media.

"don't be tempted to publish a one-star review later that punishes a restaurant in perpetuity for one occurrence."

Also, don't go to yelp. We, and many other restaurant owners, don't even take the time to read the yelp reviews. DO Post to Facebook, Google, TripAdvisor, etc. We appreciate your feedback, just skip yelp.
