I'll have limited pints of Liquid Gold and Refreshing hibiscus Tea premade!

Along with our bagged teas, Silver etc!

There will be other vendors set up with yummy goods including, baked bread, treats, jams, extracts, local beef aswell as Apples from Washington state!

Ya'll I am so excited to announce a selection of our teas and silver will be at Sewee Creek farm in Decatur.

They have farm fresh ground beef for $7 a lb!
They sell all the different cuts as well as pork and chicken! Also have bulk, butcher block boxes!

This is a long standing farm in Decatur, she also sells fresh homemade butter and eggs!!
They are a blessing! 😋

Stop in and see Tresha, they have limited hours, open till 5 today and 10-1pm tomorrow, Saturday May 30! 🌼

If anyone is battling those pesky gnats, remember you can use your defuser to help! 🪰

Defusing Lavender, lemongrass, eucalyptus, spearmint. If you only have a couple of these oils or just 1, give it a try!

(2 drops of each oil, or 6-8 drops total in a normal sized difuser. )

Gnats, fruit flies or house flys. They dont like it!🪰

There are many benefits to Dandelion, i'm going
to listen a few!

Digestion problems, Liver and Gallbladder- Dandelion root is used to Aid digestion and benefits of kidneys, gallbladder and liver. It stimulates bile production helping the digestion of fats and toxin removal. Use it to treat jaundice and raise energy levels after infection. It removes toxins from the body and restores the electrolyte balance which improves liver Health and function.

Liver protection and healing- Vitamins and antioxidants in dandelion protect the liver and keep it healthy. It helps protect the liver from toxins and treats liver hemorrhages. Dandelion tea is used to treat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Diuretic and detoxifying the body- Dandelion leaves are powerful diuretic and blood purifier. They stimulate the liver and gallbladder while eliminating toxins through the production and excretion of urine. They also help flush the kidneys. Even though dandelion is a diuretic it helps replace lost potassium and other minerals that are lost when water and salt are expelled.

Controls blood sugar- Dandelion has several effects that are beneficial to diabetics. Dandelion juice stimulates the production of insulin in the pancreas which helps regulate blood sugar levels and prevent dangerous blood sugar swings.

Treating hypertension- As a diuretic dandelion juice helps eliminate excess sodium from the body and bring down blood pressure. It also helps reduce cholesterol ratios and raises the "good" HDL levels.

Boosts the Immune system- Dandelion helps boosts the immune system and helps fight off microbial and fungal agents.

Fight inflammation and Arthritis- Dandelion contains antioxidants polygon nutrients and essential fatty acids that reduce inflammation in the body. Inflammation is the root cause of many diseases such as arthritis. Taraxasterol, found in dandelion roots, has shown great promise for Osteoarthritus.

Osteoporosis and bone health- The calcium and vitamin K found in dandelion can protect Bones from osteoporosis and arthritis. It helps stabilize bone density and strengthen the bone.
