🍀 St. Patrick’s Day Special at Fat Duck Tavern 🍀

We’ve been preparing for this one…

Two weeks ago we started brining USDA Prime briskets, and today they’re being sliced for a limited run of Corned Beef Reubens.

House-brined corned beef, melted Gruyère, house-made sauerkraut, and 1000 Island, all on toasted rye.

We use the very same briskets for our smoked brisket BBQ sandwiches and smoked brisket Reubens, so if you’ve had those, you already know what you’re in for.

Available this week only for St. Patrick’s Day and in limited quantity - we have only 14 of them — when they’re gone, they’re gone.

St. Patrick’s Day is almost here, and we’ve been getting ready the right way.

Ten days ago we started brining two beautiful USDA Prime briskets in-house - the same briskets we use for our smoked brisket Reubens and smoked brisket BBQ sandwiches. In five days, we'll cook them, slice them thin and turn them into a very limited run of Corned Beef Reubens.

House-brined corned beef, Gruyère, house-made sauerkraut, and 1000 Island, toasted rye.

Only a limited number available — once they’re gone, they’re gone.

We’ll be offering a thoughtfully curated 4-course prix fixe menu for $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity), featuring elevated seasonal flavors and chef-driven dishes designed for a festive spring celebration.

In anticipation of the approaching blizzard and out of an abundance of caution for our incredible team and valued guests, Fat Duck Tavern will be closed on Sunday, February 22.
