The Madison music scene says, “We are back, baby!” Last weekend’s local music calendar was overshadowed by the elephant that was in the room … the HUGE Unbroken Circle music festival. Unbroken was a great success, it drew thousands of out-of-towners to town, and it continues to put Madison on the map as a music town. But this week the local venues are once again swinging into high gear with a full calendar of free live music. I count 17 shows between Wednesday and Sunday.
