🌺 This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten. Let's take a moment to reflect on their service and the values they fought to uphold. 🇺🇸

Taking a moment today to reflect on the depth of Jesus’ love.

It’s a somber day, but one filled with gratitude for a debt I could never pay. Hope you all have a peaceful and meaningful GOOD Friday. ❤️🙏

I had to Re-certify in Management (Food Safety Requirement by the MSDH)! WhoooChile that Test was harder than my Nursing Boards! 🫣🤗🤣
However, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, Sharon Netttles with MSU Extension is top tier if you’re in need of your certification!

Meal prep made easy! Let us do the work for you!

In October, I was thinking about closing my business! If you’re an Entrepreneur you know that it can be difficult doing everything by yourself and trying to keep the lights on (figuratively and literally). So, in October I asked God to show me if I was supposed to close or remain open. He told me that He would reveal it to me over 60 days. This was in October, I got the email in December from Dr. Myers that Prep4Success was chosen as the 2025 Business of the Year!

Don’t give up, God sees your good work and He will cause others to see it too!
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you". Matt 7:7

Today was truly a humbling moment for me.

To be recognized as Business of the Year by Dr. Brenda Myers and Boss2Boss Magazine is something I don’t take lightly. What started as a vision, built with faith, hard work, and long days, has grown into something that continues to bless not only me, but the community around me.

I’m incredibly grateful to the magazine and everyone involved for this recognition. Thank you for seeing the value in the work and the mission behind it.

To every customer, supporter, friend, and family member who has believed in what I’m building—this honor belongs to you too. Your support, encouragement, and trust have made this journey possible.

Most importantly, I give thanks to God, because none of this would be possible without His guidance, grace, and favor.
