That’s a wrap!!! On behalf of our family and staff, we thank you for all the love and support these past three years. It’s been an amazing ride!!!

Well guys, this is it…the last hurrah…the last dance of the evening…the final curtain…the last call. Today is the last day The Cuban Café will be open to the public. We will be operating under normal business hours : 11-3pm(lunch) and 4:30pm-9:30pm (dinner). We want to thank everyone who has made it a point to stop by and show tremendous love and support. Since we announced our closing it’s been standing room only. And for that we are so grateful. Thanks for all the memories, the laughs, the childhood stories, and conversations we have shared the past three years. We love you all!!

Absolutely beautiful patio weather! We are open today from 11am-3pm serving a full menu. This will be the last Sunday we are open, so stop by and enjoy great food, drinks, and music.

It is with great sadness that we announce that The Cuban Café will be permanently closing its doors effective October 16, 2021. These past three years have been extremely difficult for us. As with any new restaurant, the first year was difficult and just as we started to get some traction, we were hit with a global pandemic (and shutdowns) which we are still feeling the effects from, and most recently a labor shortage that has us extremely understaffed. It was just too difficult to overcome. With that said, we want to thank everyone who has supported us since the beginning. From our family, to our friends, to every single customer that walked through those doors. You guys are what made The Cuban Café what it is today. We as a family and staff were devoted and determined to provide an atmosphere like no other. We were not always perfect and we made mistakes but we truly gave it our very best. Sometimes people use the phrase “blood, sweat, and tears” very loosely but with us it was literal. But what’s typically not included in that phrase is joy, laughter, smiles, and happiness. We experienced those as well. Jessi and I went into this with the goal of providing you with another option, a getaway, and a glimpse into our home. Because that is what The Cuban Café was…an extension of our home. And we hope that we accomplished that for you. This was an extremely difficult and excruciating decision for us, but one that had to be made. To our staff, we love you and are so proud of you. You guys showed up everyday with smiles on your faces and ready for anything. You were there through the ups and downs and always stood by our sides offering to help in anyway possible. Jessi and I will be forever grateful. To our children Andy, Gizelle, and Dillon, thank you for your unwavering support and patience. We missed a lot of important events and precious time with you these past three years, but you never complained. You were our biggest fans and we love you so much. We hope we made you proud. Ok enough with the sadness. We still have a few days left and would love for everyone to stop in and say hi one last time so that we can thank you in person! We love you!
