We are on a public street, Myrtle Street, one block long in the sea of parking lot of Oscar Mayer. Enter through Oscar's lot from Aberg Avenue or Commercial Avenue. We have an ATM for your convenience!

Hello Simm's friends and family. You may have seen a recent article in the WSJ about a new apartment building taking over mom's house and the bar --first we have heard of this. Knew the development was coming to the lot adjacent to our property, but they have not approached our family yet.... Still hoping to have a picnic just not sure of the date yet in fall or next spring. Take care all!

WOW don't we WISH it was summer and we could schedule a BIKE WASH? There are many of us that are wishing Simm's was still open. If we were, what would you suggest when we re-open/re-model? Thanks for sharing your thoughts and stay warm!
