We recently spend some time in the Rocky Mountain National Park and saw beautiful landscape and wildlife. While we were out there we tried elk sausage, bison sausage and elk steaks. All were delicious!! Chef Justin was able to locate some elk sausage for us from Broadleaf Farms based out of New Zealand and it's the highlight of this week's special: Elk Sausage served over Whipped Potatoes, with Onion Gravy and Butter Peas. Let us know if you'd like more wild game specials and we'll see what we can bring in!
Our second weekend special is: Yellowedge Grouper from Houma, Louisiana. This is one of the best groupers out there! Pillowy white goodness, super large flake with a high fat content. Chef Justin is pan roasting it and serving it with fingerling potatoes, grilled broccolini and anchovy mustard cream/basil pesto. Both specials will be available beginning Friday Aug 14, while supplies last.

The second special is Blue Cheese Alfredo Gnudi: House Made Gnudi topped with a 4 oz Pan Seared Black Pepper Filet with Wild Mushrooms & Spinach and Crispy To***co Onions.
Also, don't forget to get your weekend started early with us during Happy Hour at 4:00 on Friday and Saturday. This weekend's special appetizer are Sliders, made from freshly ground beef in house, with pimento cheese or blue cheese crust, both are topped with crispy onions.
