Barriques Barriques West Wash opened in September 2003. We offer a full service coffee and espresso bar that opens early each morning.

It is located 1 block west of the state capital building in the old Loraine Hotel at the corner of West Washington and Fairchild. In addition to our irresistible fresh from the oven bakery, we have a light sandwich and salad menu to take care of your tummy. For evening enjoyment we serve several tap beers, and wines by the glass or bottle. Plus you can pick up a bottle of your favorite wine from the infamous Wall of 100. Free wireless internet access is available.

Not only do we serve amazing coffee, sandwiches and wine, but we are also apparently now the go-to coffee shop for high-level baby duck rescue ops 🤣! Thank you Dane County Humane Society for allowing us to aid in your box rescue of this super cutie this weekend (and for the second year in a row!). Who knew Cholula boxes make for the best baby duck rescue boxes 🥰?! Made our weekend to be able to help ❤️.
