Some people keep a restaurant running. Others become the heart of it. Lynn is both.

As our Front of House Manager, she’s the first to arrive, the last to leave, and she’s never afraid to speak her mind—and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Her honesty, leadership, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed make Crowe’s a better place every single day.

Whether she’s helping a customer, supporting the team, or making sure everything runs smoothly, Lynn leads by example. Her wisdom, guidance, and friendship have left a mark on every one of us.

We are truly blessed beyond measure to have her on this journey with us.

This picture says more than words ever could.

Mason had just pulled our giant smoked Raptor Wings off the pit, and you can see it all over his face. That’s the kind of pride that keeps the fires burning before sunrise, the kind that makes someone stop for just a second to admire what they created.

A from-scratch cinnamon roll with a little time in the smoker and just a touch of Crowe’s BBQ rub. Topped with some smoke toasted pecans and cream cheese icing.

Crazy? Maybe.

Delicious? Absolutely.

We figured somebody had to try it… so we did.

From-scratch cinnamon rolls, mixed, rolled, and baked by hand, then finished with just a touch of smoke and a tiny sprinkle of Crowe’s BBQ rub.

Turns out, a little barbecue goes a long way.

Not for sale. Just taking care of the crew before another day around the pit. 🍴🔥
