Happy Friday everyone…. Let’s do 10% allllll pre packaged candy, 2 for 1 popcorn (yes this includes caramel corn cause I’m that kind of guy) and 2 for 1 ice cream… please mention you saw this post to get the deal……..

We have the usual smash burgers …. But we added 2 cheese choices, some of you have asked for “real” cheese so aged white cheddar and pepper jack will be two new options if you wish.. let’s do 5 dollar chicken salad and pimento cheese sandwiches on white or croissant today, too….

Thank you. Come see us today… 102 dees drive suite R…

Hey did yall know a candy can be iconic, loved and also taste terrible at the same time?? Yes we sell these… and how many out there are nodding your head in agreement?

On today’s episode of candy store crazy….. we will have a new batch of lobster rolls.. and per request, hot dogs done two ways… the first… super simple straight forward hot dog (ok no chance it’s just normal), the second, a conecuh sausage dog with onions and peppers…. Yes to the usual smash burgers, chicken salad and pimento on croissant….oe white bread… let’s do 2 for 1 ice cream again for fall break….

We do have some new flavors of ice cream… Brookie dough and caramel cheesecake to start, and we also have lemon bar now… sounds boring….. it ain’t…..

Thank you for the support and suggestions recently…

Come see us.. 102 Dees Dr, suite R in Gluckstadt.

Woo wee Saturday was wild. Thanks for Matt's Adventures for giving us a review..

I feel like I need to reintroduce myself and the business after all the new followers… I’m Richard… my wife Lindsay and I have owned this business since November of last year…. Yes we are a candy store, but since the business was, frankly, not what it was promised to be, we decided to put our own twist on it… we added, in my opinion, a killer smash burger.. we vary the other food quite a bit to keep it interesting, but we do lobster rolls, shrimp rolls, chicken salad, pimento cheese, BLTs, and we have been requested to do hot dogs, so those are likely coming soon…

Tomorrow October 6th… we will have smash burgers, lobster rolls (very limited), shrimp rolls, chicken salad and pimento cheese… let’s do 2 for 1 ice cream alllll day long.. tomorrow is my 50th birthday (kinda crazy when I think about it), but I will be a few late coming into the store, but Ms Tamara will be there and ready to go at 11.. we serve food all day… until we run out..

I’ll also be making fresh caramel corn and will have samples galore… it’s so darn good when it’s super fresh.

Thank you,

Richard

Today (9.29) and while supplies last this week at the Candy Store, Tattoo Parlor and Tire Mart, ok only part of that is true, I’ve only fixed one flat in the parking lot…… back my popular demand, we will have lobster rolls (15), egg salad on white bread or croissant (5) or a container (10), more chicken salad on white bread (5) or sour dough (8)…. Yes we wil have smash burgers all day (8) and let’s do 2 for 1 ice cream allllll day long… come see us and grab some fall(ish) candy, or some caramel corn, too..

Thank you,

Richard

I know it’s the end of the week, and every one is watching football, but we made too much (or sold too little is the most likely reason) chicken salad and pimento cheese. Yes… it will be good if we sold of when we reopen on Tuesday, but that isn’t what we do here.. we make it fresh, weekly… from now til close, chicken salad and pimento cheese is being sold at a huge disxcount…. 5 bucks for a small container and a big whopping 8 bucks for the large…. Maybe this will help someone out….

Thank you,

Richard

Tomorrow 9.25… at the candy store… we are slowly adding fall candy…. It’s candy corn time (almost) and I’ll be adding some house made cotton candy any day now. As it gets cooler, it’s popcorn time so come try some very fresh caramel corn, or let me make you some Chicago mix if you’d like..

We have reupped chicken salad, pimento cheese and yes, we are doing shrimp rolls again… as usual we wil have our smash burgers…. And if things go as planned, since it won’t be 117 degrees soon, I am going to cook a bit outside on our patio…

The wife made some candy corn and peanut mix… taste like a payday if you asked me….

Come see us… 102 Dees Drive in Gluckstadt..

Thank you

Today is national cheeseburger day…. Don’t blame me I don’t make the rules…. Emma says yall should stop in and get one, or even if it’s to say hi… (it’s community helper day so she’s dressed as a veterinarian she says) I do know half the world is in Oxford Ms, and I can’t say I blame them, going to be fun to watch….

Yesterday was the worst sales day we’ve ever had…… no joke…. So if you see me flagging people over you’ll know why…. Stop in, grab a snack or something sweet, maybe some chicken salad or shrimp salad to go….. we will be here until 8. Thank you..
