😀 I'm surprised that some people still like soup noodles in the summer. As for me, I've always preferred noodles or rice noodles with plenty of broth.

There was hardly any rain this May and because of that, the flowers have bloomed beautifully. Enjoy my flowers with me 😄😍

Yesterday, during the Brat Fest, it wasn’t busy and we had such a great time chatting and laughing. Thank you, friends for coming to enjoy the Taigu meal.
My daughter came back from Chicago to attend her classmate's wedding and also gave flowers to her mom. Thanks!

Over the years, Russ has become a close friend and I often meet his family and chat about everyday life, it's such a wonderful bond.
Russ brought a friend to try Taigu again on Wednesday. This time it was his longtime friend, Andrew Sewell, he is the conductor on the Wednesday orchestra on the Capitol grounds. When I saw him walk in, I pretended to shake with excitement, jokingly trembling as I reached out my hand to greet him. I said, "Look how nervous I am—my hands are shaking!" He laughed heartily and pulled out his phone to take a picture…… 😅
It was the conductor's first time at Taigu, and he couldn't stop praising the food. Before leaving, he snapped a few more photos 😊 Finally, I want to thank Russ again for introducing many new friends to me. I'm so grateful, truly grateful. 👏👏👍👍

Tuesday is our Dan Dan Night 🍜 at least two out of every three orders are Dan Dan! The tofu and chicken were the stars. Dine in or take out, either way. Our customers' appreciation is our pride.

I was so busy helping packing takeout that I messed up a regular customer's order. He called and said, "No problem, don’t worry about it…” So grateful for customers like you, Art! 👊👊

After the end of each finals period, the freshmen at UW Madison medical students especially the Asian M one gather together for a hearty feast to bid farewell to a whole year of busy studying. This has become a tradition upheld by generation after generation of medical students for many years. Thank you all! 🍀
They ordered all vegetarian dishes to accommodate everyone’s tastes—no meat at all. Then I gave them three servings of pork dandan noodles. Coincidentally, tonight there was also a table of three people who ate three different kinds of dandan noodles. 😂

It wasn't busy yesterday but quite a few Asian customers ordered the Pork Dan Dan, I need a bowl of noodles every day too! 😋
