Ricardo was a Cuban refugee who came to Madison in 1973, later becoming the owner and operator of the Cardinal Bar for 43 years! Now 80 years young, Ricardo has also been a champion for the LGBTQ+ and Latino communities of Madison. ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆโค๏ธ
