This double creme usually sells through a whole wheel anytime we pull it out. Grassy, rich, thick, buttery, just salty enough and with just a hair of funk and lactic barnyardy flavor at the end. If you think that was a lot of flavors, its because it is. This cheese has it all.

The French Mouse is a pretty simple sandwich, but we also do it special. Most brie grilled cheeses dont allow for the bread to brown without liquifying the brie. Our method of cooking allows for crunchy bread and perfectly oozing french brie. All with Side Hill Farm jam

Theres a lot of roast beef out there. Most are pre made and thats gross. And many home made roast beefs are made with meh cuts of beef. Our roast beef is made with excellent top round only, always cooked with fat cap for moisture and flavor, rubbed with real olive oil and absolutely crusted in kosher salt and a touch of pepper. You taste the best, pure deli cut beef you’ve ever had. Sometimes it almost tastes like prime rib :)
