The minute you walk into our entryway, you'll feel right at home in this refurbished 1800's hotel. Decorated with historic postcards and memorabilia, feel free to browse around! To the right is the glass door for entrance into A.E.Dixon's Irish Pub - with a "Cheers-like" atmosphere, and cozy tavern dining near the fireplace. est prices. Ahead and to the left is our "Canal House Steak & Seafood" room...a comfortable dining room decorated in period colors & more memorabilia (some of it is even for sale!) Roomy with seating up to 75 people, this room also boasts a fireplace. If you like Prime Rib, check out our Saturday Prime Rib Buffet - (all-you-can-eat) served from 4-9pm. Our Friday fish fries are local favorites, our menu contains a variety of beef, seafood, poultry, pork and pasta. For those of you who are just getting started at dark, we offer daily Pub Specials including our "TGIF" Hot & Cold Buffet from 4-7 pm, and entertainment by DJ's "Brooks & Ashley" from 9-close on Fridays & Saturdays. From winter snowmobilers (we're right on the trail), to golfers, antiquers, you're never a stranger at the Hotel Solsville. We are beginning our 35th year at the Hotel.
After moving to Bouckville in 1981 and running the General Store, I feel like a local.
It has been my pleasure serving this great community over these years. Looking forward to many more.
