These surveys have been created for a project conducted by Chinmayi Swaminathan, a junior at Hamilton High School in Sussex, WI. She is participating in a Business Operations Research Project for DECA this year, in which she hopes to come up with initiatives that will effectively increase customer loyalty at Tricky Foods. We are looking to implement the initiatives she comes up with following the completion of her project.
