Great time at Urban Myth Cook-off.
Larry Bogash and myself did what we could.

Mystery Meat was the bomb.
Waygu ground beef and ground pork, made into a fatty with onions, green peppers, and balsamic. Bacon weave to finish. Served on homemade english muffins( thanks Larry Bogash).
