The Atlanta Culinary Reunion arrives at The Dining Room this Thursday through Saturday, August 20–22, bringing together an extraordinary lineup of culinary talent with deep roots in Georgia’s fine-dining scene: Shaun Doty, Ted Lahey, Daniel Chance, Edouard Fenouil, and Master Sommelier Michael McNeill.

Two of the three evenings are already nearly fully booked, so if you’ve been meaning to join us, now is the time to claim your table.

We closed out strawberry season with the finest pan-seared foie gras with house-made strawberry gastrique and brioche last week. This week, early summer favorites like squash blossoms and morel mushrooms join our menu.

One of this weekend’s standout dishes is our Gulf shrimp roll served on house-made brioche with lemon and locally grown frisée… delicate, bright, and deeply rooted in spring’s freshest ingredients.
