Eating & Enjoying Crawfish 101:
1. Hold the crawfish by the tail and twist it off the body.
2. Suck the head to extract the juices and seasonings, which are considered a delicacy in Louisiana cuisine.
3. Use your fingers or a tool, such as a crawfish fork, to peel the shell off the tail.
Pinch the tail where it meets the body to extract the meat, which should slide out easily.
4. Discard the shell and any other inedible parts.
5. Repeat the process with the remaining crawfish, enjoying the spicy and savory flavors as you go.

Crawfish boils are a lively, social way to experience a unique Louisiana tradition.
