A fantastic last weekend it was, indeed. Thank you to everyone who helped build and make this dream of mine a reality. Thank you to Jeff, Peggy & Eric Phagan for giving me a space for this dream to blossom and cheering me on the entire time. The restaurant is packed up, and the feelings are so bittersweet. Thank you to every employee that put their time in here and shared my vision. Thank you to my family, all my friends, customers and MADISON for supporting me and choosing The Crêperie over the last 3 1/2 years. I’ve had the honor of hosting some invaluable and unforgettable events in this building and have made so many lasting connections through the years. Human connection is everything to me, and this experience has filled my soul with an overwhelming amount of gratitude, motivation, pride and genuine joy for being able to do what I love every day, and showing my daughter what a woman is capable of!

Divas don’t stop. I’ve been signing leases, having meetings, redesigning my brand, restructuring my menu and working towards building my ultimate sanctuary to give my people an experience they’ll never forget 🤭 we will keep our socials running and update everyone within the coming months about our next steps. Until then, dream of crepes, croissants, coffee… and The Crêperie.

Good morning from The Crêperie! I have decided to do at least 1, maybe 2 encore weekends before we close down officially. We’ve been working with what we’ve got, but we know some people have been disappointed that they couldn’t make it in because of our inconsistent hours as of late. Saturday and Sunday next weekend we will be open 8am-1pm.

SHE’S BACK. Kimchi Pulled Pork Benedict. Period. I love her. Get it till it’s gone! 8am-1pm this weekend!

Thank you to everyone who came to dine with us this morning! We are on our last 2 weekends being open and I’m running some of my favorite specials before we close. This weekend we are running the La Mer! Scallops and blue lump crab in a creamy Gruyere mix. Topped with herbed panko, champagne citrus beurre blanc, roasted tomato oil, scallions and parsley.

Next weekend, for our last weekend, we’re bringing back the all star: KIMCHI PULLED PORK BENEDICT! 🤩

Thank you to the sweetest woman ever, Donna, for coordinating with us and organizing the most beautiful wedding rehearsal dinner for her daughter hosted by us! We were able to provide a fabulous, comforting and hearty meal for their guests, and we are so happy everyone loved it! We have been SLAMMED today. Come in and see us for brunch on this beautiful Saturday.

Good morning, Madison! Starting this week, we will now be closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. We have one last big event at The Creperie this Friday, and we are also working with a skeleton crew until we close down at the end of the month. We need these extra days to prep and plan, so that I can ensure our weekends still go smoothly with such a tiny staff. You’ll get Lisa, Nolan, Sam occasionally, and myself for the next few weeks 😁 Nonetheless, we are dedicated to serving you. Knowing that we can get out the product that we do, with the people we have, in the minuscule sized kitchen we work out of is always something we are proud of at the end of the weekend. Thank you in advance for having patience with us!

Our updated hours are Friday-Sunday, 8am-2pm. Keep an eye out for a delectable du jour this weekend!

Another year, another round of charcuterie boxes for Chautauqua vendors! 210 boxes this year filled with cured meat, cheeses, crackers, nuts, dips, dried fruit and marinated veggies. We hope all our amazing vendors love their tasty lunches! Thank you to my helpers Lisa, Nolan and Sam for helping me get all of these prepared and ready. Biggest thank you to Katie for choosing The Crêperie for this fabulous event every year 🩵

Thank you, River Valley Resources, Inc., for hosting another fantastic Taste of the Town fundraiser. It’s always so fun to take the griddle to an event. We got to make mini August and Camping in Corsica tasting crepes. Thank you for inviting us, to everyone who stopped by to grab a bite and wish us well, that one vendor who kept letting us steal potstickers like starving toddlers, and my buddy Lisa for helping me prep and run this event!

To my beloved & loyal customers, i’m so sorry to say that I have made the decision to close our doors to The Crêperie at the end of October.

There are so many memories in this building that I will cherish forever. From culinary kids camp, 3 years of catering charcuterie for Chautauqua vendors, french club field trips, Charcuterie workshops, wine dinners, after hour prep, fun with staff, sunday brunch service, creating a menu that is all my own, specials and du jours galore 🩵 I had to put an incredible amount of pride aside to determine the next steps for my daughter and I. This restaurant has given me so much confidence and purpose, but it has also taken some things that mean the most to me: family, time and peace. I will never find the words to express my gratitude to Madison, the neighboring communities, my fellow business owners, family and friends for supporting this dream the entire way.

Gallery 115 was a serendipitous and magical starting point to launch my brand, but it’s time to take a brief pause. This is not a “goodbye”, but a “see you soon”.
Thank you for the 3 and a half years of endless connection, and support!
Come in and see us over the next two months, and enjoy a fabulous breakfast with the ones you love most at The Creperie!
