Remembering the first real catering we pulled off as Nub's Grub when our friends the Schoenherr's hired us for their son Caleb's graduation party from high school. Now 2 years later we are honored again as their choice of food for their son Ben's graduation from high school and we had the best time! Come on down to platte center today (7-3-22) we're serving up our famous dirty burger along with our other great smoked meats for Platte Centers 4th of July celebration!! WHO'S READY FOR FOOD TRUCK SEASON!!!!!
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls of all ages, Nub's Grub is back! We'll be rolling out for our first event this coming Sunday (May 8th) in Madison NE at Whiskey River. They are having a special bloody Mary and mom-osa bar from 12p-5p and we'll be serving up some tasty Grub to go with it. Come on down and treat mom right and enjoy some great food too! 🍖🥪🥰😋

What a crazy season we had with our food truck, unfortunately with the cold comes the storage of our truck but we're still catering folks! Check out these smoked turkeys we're doing for Thanksgiving 😍 we even have one left for sale if anyone didn't get to the store on time.
