Dear Valued Customers,

We want to address a common question we receive each week about our pho. If you order a pho that includes steak, please note that the steak is intentionally served RAW. This is a traditional preparation meant to be cooked by the hot broth when served.

For the best experience, ensure the broth is brought to a rolling boil before adding it to your bowl. The hot broth will cook the steak perfectly, bringing out its tender texture and flavor.

Instruction How To Prep Pho at Home
1. First Step, Heat up the soup. we recommend heating the broth in a small pot until it is boil, or in a microwave until it is pipping hot.
2. If you pick To-go in a square foam container, please place the noodle into a bowl or use the square container is ok too. If your order contain Steak, don't freak out! the steak come raw unless you specify it to be well done. Spread the steak and all other type of meat, and onion on top of the noodle.
3. Once the Broth is boil, carefully pour it on top of the meat, it will cook the steak.
4. Now you can add bean sprout, basil, lime, Jalapenos, hoisin sauce, or Sriracha the way you like best,
5. Mix everything up, and time to enjoy your bowl of hot delicious Pho...
