Getting the brownies going with some personal munchies, gluten free dairy free test run of my mom's OG recipe. We'll see how the Chicago Metallic portion pan goes...in 12 more minutes. (Yes, a vegan version is in the works!)

I haven't been baking a ton. Rephrase. I haven't even been *doing* a ton, cause these seasonal weather shifts kick my butt. I also have to make a really big decision about the bakery. To go Gluten Free, or stay "conventional". I'm personally leaning towards gluten free so I can taste me makes! Opinions would be much welcome!

Real Talk for a bit: I need to take a break. Between home, family, health, personal, and business stuff, I can only be one lady. I AM only ONE Lady. That said, everyone is okay, the bakery is still taking very limited orders, we're doing a lot of gluten free, dairy free, and outright vegan recipe testing & development, I'll be in Waukesha/Wauwatosa/Muskego/New Berlin area as much as I can be in the coming months for family-health stuff, It Is A Lot. I hope to have a calendar and schedule for next year before next year happens. That's where we're at. One day at a time, fam. Hit me up if you need to. ✌️❤🍪

I was thinking of doing a brownies bake sale this weekend, but i'm not quite feeling it. Does anyone want brownies? Does anyone want to have to drive in the snow to pick them up? I could have Sun Prairie and Waukesha pick up points.

Happy 3rd birthday to my biggest fan, Cami!! Kid's birthdays are sacred, and I'm so thrilled Patsy asked me to help make her daughter's birthday awesome. I had SO MUCH FUN decorating these, i'm already planning a mermaid set!

Sometimes, you try a recipe and follow it because surely there's a reason for there being so much baking powder in it. Sometimes, that reason is a typo. We'll be making tiramisu-flavored cake pops tomorrow! Because, uh, this cake is not structurally sound. However, I've never made such a spongey sponge cake before!
