‼️Coming to Our Storefront Menu: Raw Beef Laab!❣️

We’re excited to bring Raw Beef Laab to the Lor Bistro storefront menu—a traditional Southeast Asian favorite made fresh with quality beef, fragrant herbs, toasted rice powder, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, and our special blend of spices.

That fresh herb aroma. That nutty roasted rice flavor. That bold, savory bite. Made with tradition. Made with love.

🥘 A Taste of Home — Beef Stew (Or Lam) 🌿

Some dishes are more than just food—they bring back memories of family, home, and gathering around the table. ❤️

We’re thinking about bringing Beef Stew (Or Lam) to Lor Bistro as a rotating special once we open!

Made with tender beef shank, Thai eggplant, ear mushrooms, grilled garlic, onions, green peppers, and fresh herbs, slowly cooked together to create a rich, savory broth full of deep, comforting flavors.

Simple ingredients. Fresh herbs. Bold flavors. Made with the finest ingredients and, most importantly, made with love—just like the meals we grew up eating. ❤️

For those who grew up with dishes like this, we hope one bite brings back a little taste of home. And for those trying it for the first time, we can’t wait to share it with you.

This simple Hmong dish, made with fresh squash leaves, mushrooms, bitter eggplant, lemongrass, garlic, and Thai hot peppers, is straight from the garden to our table. 🍲🌶️

Growing up, dishes like this were more than just food—they were memories of warm summer days, family gathered together, and the garden providing everything we needed. The flavors, the aroma, and even the bitterness of the eggplant bring back a feeling that’s hard to put into words.

Some of the best meals aren’t fancy—they’re the ones that remind you of home. ❤️ A true Hmong summer favorite.
