We’re thinking about bringing Beef Stew (Or Lam) to Lor Bistro as a rotating special once we open!

Made with tender beef shank, Thai eggplant, ear mushrooms, grilled garlic, onions, green peppers, and fresh herbs, slowly cooked together to create a rich, savory broth full of deep, comforting flavors.

Simple ingredients. Fresh herbs. Bold flavors. Made with the finest ingredients and, most importantly, made with love—just like the meals we grew up eating. ❤️

Growing up, dishes like this were more than just food—they were memories of warm summer days, family gathered together, and the garden providing everything we needed. The flavors, the aroma, and even the bitterness of the eggplant bring back a feeling that’s hard to put into words.
