At Fruit Float, we sell fruity offerings from our tropical boats and coastal cafe based in John’s Pass.
We’re a small, hands on team that’s growing fast.
Now hiring: part-time for fall/winter, full-time for high season (March-August).
☕ Fruit Float Café, John’s Pass
�$15/hr + tips (about $18-30/hr with tips)
You’ll make açaí bowls and coffee, take care of guests, and keep our café running smoothly. You’ll work in a busy, cute and friendly spot on the beach where you’re trusted to take initiative.
�Looking for: service industry, coffee, açaí, or small cafe experience. Friendly self starters who like working for small businesses.
⛵ Fruit Float Boats, John’s Pass & Sarasota
�$160/day (or $18/hr for shifts under 7 hours)
You’ll spend your day on the water, serving guests fresh cut fruit from the boat. Includes lots of sun, ocean conditions, long hours, and you’ll be required to handle challenges calmly while remaining professional and friendly.
�Looking for: tough, outgoing people with customer service experience who love the ocean, being outside, and work well under pressure. Boating experience is a plus.
🍓 Fruit Float Support
�$18/hr + tips
You’re the engine behind the operation. You’ll restock fruit, run supplies up and down the beach, solve problems on the fly, and keep every boat and the café going.�Looking for: strong, hustling problem solvers who stay calm when things get busy.
