PJ’S GOODTIME GRILL has locked down our chicken sandwich menu. This does not include chicken salad, which we are still working on. The sandwiches, all on a brioche bun with pickles, and all with slow smoked chicken, include: naked chicken sandwich, chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato and mayo, barbecue chicken sandwich, chick special (which is just like a pig special, but made with chicken instead of pork), which is barbecue chicken, with slaw and tomatoes, Buffalo chicken sandwich, buffalo blue chicken sandwich (with blue cheese), and A Hawaiian chicken sandwich, with teriyaki sauce, grilled pineapple’s, bacon, and swiss cheese melted over all of it. Trust me, they have all been taste tested, and are all delicious. We will be doing the same thing with our pork sandwiches tomorrow, and will add the chicken salad sandwiches.
