Jim Shaw’s Seafood Restaurant was started by Skipper Zimmerman in 1987 and named after his grandfather and son. Since then, Jim Shaw’s Seafood Restaurant Grill and Bar has served many happy customers fresh seafood and libations in Middle Georgia.
