We kept the core of what everyone loves and cleaned it upâremoved some unnecessary items and focused on quality.

A true 14-inch burrito stuffed with our signature breakfast items, then **smothered in green chili and loaded with melted cheddar**.

Weâll be rolling out a smaller lunch menu at first, but itâs strong:
* **House-blended burgers** (chuck, brisket, short rib)
Finished with **special imported lamb fat to create a 70/30 blend** for next-level flavor and juiciness
Served on a brioche bun with house sauces
* **Mackinaw Cheesesteak**
My sandwich shop classicâwith a twist, and loaded as always
* **All-beef Wagyu hot dogs**
* *Mackinaw Style* (our take on a Chicago dog)
* *Korean Blend* (kimchi, chili crisp aioli, fried onion crisps)
All on our new special bagette bun (crispy, slight chew and did I mention da crispsss!
* **Southern fried chicken sandwich**
Pickle-brined, buttermilk-drenched, with my **spicy pickle sauce**
* **Hand-battered chicken tenders**
* **Walleye chunk basket** đ
* **A few of my classic salads** (clean, simple, done right)

The Pancake Chef always had a bar⊠but now itâs a **real bar**.

This is important to me:
* **NO extra fees. Ever.**
Iâve never agreed with them and never will.
* What you see on the menu = the price
(No surprise charges at checkout)
* Weâre pushing to **lower prices**, not raise them
I fight with suppliers for every penny to pass savings on
**Menu goals:**
* Nothing over **$19**
* Most breakfast items under **$16**
* Toppings & sauces INCLUDED
* Extras kept low (**$0.50â$0.75 max**)

Not to âget you onceââŠ
But to **earn repeat customers**.
Weâve already seen it at my other shopsâfamilies eating there multiple times during their trips, even **4 days in a row just to try every sandwich**.
And one local worker⊠he ate a sandwich **every single day we were open last summer** (crazy⊠but they are that good). Heâs already back this year asking when weâre opening đ
