• Many of you know my passion for cooking scrumptious foods and seeing smiles on your faces after you bite into it! Cooking for hundreds of people at UMM &, WA's kitchens was my way of life until I became disabled and was unable to lift a sheetpan. Fast forward a few years, my dreams didnt quit like my body did. With the help of fantastic people thru Vocational Rehab, I ve retrained to become a Nutritionist and to start up JohannasBotanicals, all natural skin and body care for people and pets. Because of my research in this field, I felt determined to become well enough again with the help of alternative medicine to pursue working on my dreams... my Foodwagon as one of them. Then, I ve imagined a zipline throughout the wagon and me in a rolling (wheelchair), pulling me from grill to window to counter...But God, faith + fate was much better to me. Instead, I have continued working on healing my body with alternative medicine, almost as much as i have dreamed about going kayaking again...And it happened, contrary to their medical prognosis. Up and walking, able to work and loving it! The Schnitzelwagon found its place in Machias at Parlins Parking Lot. I am hoping to see many smiling faces after eating our german foods.
