What an incredible first week at Charleys! We are beyond grateful for the overwhelming support from our community. Because of your enthusiasm, we have sold out on multiple days and have even had to close early at times. That is something we never take for granted, and we sincerely thank each and every one of you.
As excited as we are about our success, we also ask for a little grace and patience. We are a brand-new business, and many of our team members are young adults working their very first jobs. Every day, they are learning, growing, and doing their best to serve our community with a smile.
Just as you would encourage and support your own children as they learn and develop, we ask that you extend that same kindness to these hardworking young ladies and gentlemen. They show up every day eager to learn, improve, and provide the best experience possible.
Are we perfect? Not yet. Will there be occasional hiccups? Absolutely. But every challenge is an opportunity for us to learn and get better. We welcome constructive feedback and suggestions that help us improve.
What we ask is simple: let’s build each other up. If you see areas where we can improve, we would love to hear your ideas. If you’re in a position to mentor, encourage, or support these young team members, we welcome that as well. Positive guidance goes much further than criticism.
We are committed to becoming a business that our community can be proud of, and we promise to keep working hard every day to earn your trust and support.
