This week we had an incredible opportunity to plate for DINNER IN THE DARK where ticket proceeds were donated to a charity. This event brought together Cleveland chefs to create six courses for 80 guests that didn’t know what they were eating until it hit the table!
We were excited to collaborate with Betty'sBombA**Burgers&Catering for our course. Our dish brought together our homemade birria & salsa verde, a Betty’s burger, yum yum sauce, and homemade cheesy tots.
Also pictured are some of the incredible dishes created by the chefs and plated for 80 guests throughout the evening!!
