Dar's Delights HomeMade Ice Cream We make about 50 different flavors of home made Ice Cream. We're Darlene (Dar) and Larry Folts, the hard working folks behind the Dar's Delights operation.

We started our business in May of 2004 after years of making our own ice cream at home for family and friends. We started making Dar's Delights premium ice creams using a customized John Deere Hit and Miss engine attached to a 5 gallon bucket. We would manually load it up using Ice & Rock salt, then listen to the "chug, chug" of our ice cream maker as it churned up our creamy delights. This worked for awhile until we couldn't keep up the demand. We now use a commercial grade automated batch freezer to create our craft blended flavors, but it still has that great taste and texture of homemade Ice Cream!

Just a quick note to everyone that we won’t be at the Naples grape festival this year. If you would like to get some of our delicious grape is cream you can stop at Great Brook apple farm in victor on rye 444. They are carrying it for the rest of the season. We will have it on the truck also in October at Housels haunted house until gone. Thanks everyone for your support.
