We are currently accepting applications for multiple positions in Macclenny and Northeast Florida.

FIELD HELPER
Starting pay: $16–$18/hour

• $16/hour with no experience
• $18/hour with some relevant experience
• No experience is required, but you must be willing to learn, work hard, and follow direction

FIELD TECHNICIAN — LEAD TRACK
Starting pay: $18–$25/hour based on demonstrated skill and experience

Pay can increase up to $30/hour after the first 90 days for someone who proves they can:

• Complete professional-quality work
• Read and follow project scopes
• Work independently without constant supervision
• Lead and train a helper
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Keep jobs moving on schedule
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and clean jobsites
• Complete required job photos and progress updates

Claiming experience does not automatically qualify someone for top pay. Skills and reliability must be demonstrated on the job.

ADMIN + SALES COORDINATOR
Starting pay: $16–$20/hour based on experience

Responsibilities may include:

• Answering and following up with leads
• Scheduling estimates
• Managing customer communication
• Following up on open estimates
• Collecting deposits and payment information
• Keeping job and customer records organized
• Assisting with sales and day-to-day office operations

ALL POSITIONS:

• Begin part-time until reliability and performance are proven
• W-2 employment
• Opportunity to grow into full-time hours
• 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance reviews
• Raises and advancement are earned through performance
• Must be dependable, communicate clearly, and show up ready to work
• Field applicants must have reliable transportation to our Macclenny pickup location
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred for advancement into company vehicle roles

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to collect a check. We are looking for people who want an opportunity, take pride in their work, and are willing to earn greater responsibility and pay.
