Hey there, Macclenny gang!! Hope everyone is having a fantastic day. I’ve been hearing from some folks that there hay have been some errors that are happening with our customers orders at MotLee’s. Obviously, this is never acceptable , even though, we all know mistakes happen from time to time. We are trying our best to get to the bottom of this. And would love to know from the community if anyone’s orders have been getting messed up. We would love to know times and dates, if you have them, but any information on this front would be greatly appreciated. Obviously feel free to leave a note here or message me directly. 😊 And thank you again to everyone that has been supporting MotLee’s. 😊😊

Hey Macclenny and the greater Baker area. Welp, we gave breakfast the ole college try, so to speak. Unfortunately (although delicious 🙂), it just isn't financially feasible for us at this time. Maybe someday, we can try it again, but for now, our last day for breakfast will be this coming Sunday (10/12). Thanks to everyone who has been supporting, and we look forward to bringing you the best lunch and dinner in the Mac🙂🙂

Regular menu pricing changes done!! A drink is now included in the price on baskets and bowls. Pretty significant price difference on those now assuming purchase of a drink before. Goal was to get all combos below the $10 price point. Not there yet but getting closer!!

Breakfast breakfast breakfast, whatever shall I have…. 🤔🤔

Well, might I suggest MotLee’s? Currently our biggest sellers are The GOAT, The Devine, and The Whole Hog. We have bowls and biscuits and more!! If you haven’t given us a try yet… (well I think you can guess my recommendation 🤣🤣)

We originally closed our breakfast service, a couple years ago, because it became too cumbersome with the expensive menu,. So on our second launch, we focused on the best items and how to bring them to Baker County consistently, and obviously, hot and fresh and fast. We know all of you have places to be, things to do, and the last thing you want to do is be stuck in a line waiting and waiting.

Again, we are always innovating and listening to the community’s wants and needs, so always look for some new tweaks to the menu. Our BIGGEST change lately is, as was alluded to in a previous post, the significantly LOWERING breakfast prices, across-the-board. (Lowering supply grocery prices have blessed us with the ability to pass on the savings to all of our customers.😊😊)

We always use the best and freshest options in our grocery choices, and would love for anyone and everyone to pop in. But ALSO, please let us know what we’re doing right and always, how to improve. 🙂

MotLee’s fries voted #1 in Macclenny!!
I mean, i’m the only one that voted (so far), and yes, I might be a little biased 🤏, but our fries are 🔥🔥

We bring in whole potatoes, slice them up, mutiple stage cooking process (soak, blanch, cool, fry) and add salt at the end. (for our regular fries, but truffle and loaded are also options) We have wanted to do this for a long time, and finally got all the processes dialed in.

I might do an actual FB poll one day, but if you like fantastic French fries, MotLee’s fresh cut fries are going to blow ur socks off!! 😎😎

Oh, and did I mention we only use beef tallow in our fryers?? The healthier option, and talk about the flavor!!! Definitely a post on that coming.😊

Hi Macclenny!!
I just wanted to take a minute and reply to all of the things that have been said about MotLee’s lately….

We really don’t like responding to these things, because I really really don’t like to speak negatively. But, as it seems to be persistently sticking around, here’s what happened.

A disgruntled, now former employee clogged several of our floor drains with some large pieces of rubber (initially, they were supposed to be rubber filters in the floor drains) and were most likely pounded down the drains with a broom handle or something. The plumbers confirmed this when they pulled said pieces of rubber out of the drains. After having to snake all of the drainage pipes.

There was never any sewage or back up. Unfortunately, the kitchen area was partially flooding because of the overflow of sinks. Again, there was no sewage, no back up, it was just slow and clogged drains, not being able to expel the clean water coming from sinks and faucets etc..

I’m happy to chat with anyone that would like to discuss. My name is Laurence Lee, and the owner of MotLee’s. I’m sure I have met so many of you coming in now, but I just really wanted to set the record straight.

You might have noticed your breakfast from MotLee's is a little lighter on the wallet!! We have finally been seeing the prices we are paying for product coming down to what would historically be only kind of high not through the roof. We have re-priced our entire breakfast menu and we were able to lower it around 20-25% across the board. Keep an eye on lunch/dinner menus. Working on getting those prices lower next.
