🔥 Summer Heat Update:
With these Texas temperatures turning up, we’re making a few temporary changes to keep this Cajun cook from melting! 🥵

We’ll continue frying our famous Beignets and we’ll have our last batch of Chicken Boudin Egg-Rolls. Once those egg rolls are gone, we’ll be putting the fryer on vacation for the rest of the summer—except for our beignets!

Somebody’s been hollerin’ for my Smoked Red Beans & Rice, and I’m thinkin’ about puttin’ a pot on for Sunday.

Now listen… them beans don’t just jump in the pot by themselves. They gotta soak, simmer, and get loved on Cajun style! 😅

So if I make ‘em… don’t be hollerin’ “Save me a bowl!” and then disappear faster than a crawfish when the pot starts boilin’! 😂

If you’re gonna eat, holler “ME!” in the comments. If enough of y’all make some noise, I’ll stir up a pot.

But remember… once it’s gone, it’s gone! Then don’t be cryin’ next week askin’, “When you makin’ Red Beans again?” 🤣⚜️
