Where do I start???? I have been a professional cook for over 50 years. Started out on a food truck. Back then they were called Roach Coaches!! Then Supper Clubs, Family Dining, Senior Living Facility and the Market!!! I have a bit of a wanderlust, have lived in California, Oregon,California, Oregon, California, Wisconsin, Texas, California and now Colorado!!! I love going on Princess Cruises! I've been to Alaska, Mexican Riveria and Caribbean and will be going to New England/Canada this fall.

He is a writer with a theater degree and loves challenging himself in the creative fields. He’s been married for over 25 years, has one amazing child who’s in college now, and loves spending time with his family. In the past he has written for several arts organizations, robbed trains, and now he’s a grocer. . . because reasons. He’s fallen in love with Lyons and, honestly, he can’t wait to see you the next time you stop by St. Vrains Market.
