SOLD OUT FOR THE DAY! Officially a new record for the busiest single day in Lyons.

That was the craziest Saturday we’ve ever had here!! I had double the amount of food we normally have and it’s all gone! Thank you to everyone that came out and stood in line for food! We greatly appreciate each and everyone of yall!!

Super weird lunch today. Decently busy, I’m sold out of pulled pork, however still have 9 burgers left and plenty of everything else! First piece of honey butter cornbread wasn’t sold until 1:18pm 🤯 and only sold two pieces total so far today. 😂 I normally burn through two pans during lunch alone.
*edit* AND ZERO turkey breast sold.

So I’m majorly stocked up for dinner this evening. Stop in at 5pm to get your fix!!

It’s Friday!! We are open 11-2 and 5-8 or sellout. Smoked brisket cheeseburgers on special today (and tomorrow 😊) brisket, ribs, peach pork belly, pulled pork, turkey breast with all the sides and sweets. (No sausage today) swing by and say hi!!

Our limited dinner service is sold out!! Thanks everyone for stopping by today! I’m still working on cooking/prepping more. I have more fridge and freezer space as of yesterday so I can start utilizing that for batch prepping sides and holding more prepped food ready for the smoker. Thanks again!!
