Forget everything you know about pork belly burnt ends.

These are massive, quarter-pound pork belly bites made the Hines BBQ way. We smoke the pork belly whole over oak, cut it into giant chunks, then glaze each piece with our house-made peach glaze and put them back on the pit until they’re sticky, caramelized, and absolutely ridiculous.
