Grateful Hearts Homestead

New week, fresh blessings, and plenty to be grateful for! 🌻🤍

Around here, that means feeding chickens, baking something delicious, homeschooling, and growing this little family farm one day at a time. Some days are messy, but there’s always something good to share!

If you love farm life, homemade goodies, chicken shenanigans, and a family chasing a dream, welcome to Grateful Hearts Family Farm! 🐓🍞

We’re working toward 13,000 followers by the end of October, and we’d love your help! Follow along and share our page with a friend who would feel at home here. Every share helps new people find our little farm. 💛

What’s one thing you’re looking forward to this week?
