❤️ A LITTLE NOTE FROM OUR FAMILY AT MAJOR’S SMOKEHOUSE ❤️

Last night was a hard one for one of our sweet servers. She was yelled at, cussed at, and treated disrespectfully several times in one night because we had run out of turkey…(we know how good that turkey is, but!)

Folks, we understand being disappointed when you come in wanting something and we’re out. We really do. But please remember, we don’t just cut open bags and serve food. We slow-smoke our meats, make our sides from scratch, and make our sauces ourselves. Sometimes we run out — and honestly, that’s a blessing because it means you are coming in and enjoying what we work so hard to make... ❤️

We’re a small, local, hardworking bunch, and our employees mean a whole lot to us. Please don’t ever take your frustration out on them.

If you’re upset about something, come see me. Ask for me personally, and I’ll be happy to talk with you and do my best to make it right. But please, let’s show our folks a little grace and kindness. ❤️

We sure do appreciate every single one of you who continues to support Major’s Smokehouse. Thank you for loving our little BBQ restaurant and letting us do what we love — feeding our community. ❤️
