VEGAN-Crispy Portobello

Carlitos has been working on a Vegan taco that we feel proud of, well the wait is over. After much R&D, we present to you our Crispy Portobello Vegan taco. The vegan is a panko-breaded portobello mushroom, seared coconut queso on an organic blue corn hand-pressed tortilla delight. It is earthy, crunchy, and buttery all at the same time. Come get your shrooms!

B.E.B

Carlitos has been working on developing a flour tortilla recipe for the last few weeks and is excited to bring to you the "B.E.B". Delicious bacon, egg, & brisket on a hand-pressed flour tortilla. This taco will be for a special project that is coming soon, but we wanted you all to get a taste. Available only on Saturday February 19, 2022

Today our trailer is out once again servings hundreds & hundred who continue to work through some of the hardest times.

When we first started a truck almost 5 years ago, we were happy to serve 50-100 people. Today we are serving close to 1,000 people per day, as we did a couple time last week and the weeks before with the great people at
